The term “Business Plan” just sounds so “businessy” and boring. The thought of having to write one might feel like being constrained in panty hose a size too small. What a downer.

What if it were renamed to something like: Creating a Map to Your North Star.

Sounds much more fun doesn’t it?

Take the suit and tie off of the formulaic business plan and what you have is a fun way to plan and a valuable tool to get you back on track if you lose sight of your path. It can help you clarify your thinking and

Creating a business plan in this context is not a difficult process. You don’t even have to have your niche defined to start. In reality, you began acting on your plan the minute you stepped into the space between dreaming about your coaching business and daring to coach.

Why am I qualified to teach this?
I’ve been in the business of being in business for twenty years. I’ve run businesses with complex, detailed plans full of executive summaries, missions and strategies and, to the other extreme, businesses with no written plan at all. While building my coaching practice over the past year, I’ve looked back over what worked (and what didn’t), and, through experimentation, found an approach that engages my right brained creativity while also allowing my left brain to feel practical.

The mix has resulted in something quite simple, yet very powerful. It brings clarity and freedom of flexibility. In this space,
• I feel energetically aligned with my vision,
• I’m building a profitable coaching business, and
• I get to see magic happen.
