What is Weight Loss Coaching?

I want to start calling it “Health Gain” rather than “Weight Loss” coaching.  That’s so much more fun and it doesn’t sound like anything that would deprive you of anything.  Besides, focusing on what you want to grow is more joy-filled than obsessing on what you want to get rid of!

Either way, weight loss or health gain, coaching is for you if you’ve graduated from following the latest fad diet and trying to punish your body thin.  If you really want to dump the drama around dieting and that battle in your brain around food and your body, this is what works for permanent change.

The Details & Options

All of the options below include a “prework” package and daily, Monday through Friday, e-mail support.

While this is absolutely not a diet, I will ask that you send me a daily journal.  This is not to satisfy my deep desire to be the food police.  This is, honestly, the most effective tool for fascinating belief discovery and recovery from emotional eating patterns.  I don’t care what you eat.  I care that we uncover why you eat when you are not physically hungry.

Phone & E-Mail Coaching
This is the most popular option.  Most likely because it is highly customizable and yields maximum results. I also really (really) recommend this option for new clients for at least two months.

  • Four 60 minute phone or Skype coaching session per month;
  • Thought Work and Tools for between calls (picture fun homework with no subjective grading policy);
  • E-mail support (Monday through Friday);
  • $495 per month.

E-Mail Coaching
This is the most flexible option and effective for clients who have done phone coaching for at least two months.

  • E-mail support (Monday through Friday);
  • $295 per month.

Bring-Your-Own-Buddy Coaching
This is my favorite option because it is the most effective.  Things are also more fun with a friend.

  • Four 60 minute phone or Skype coaching session per month;
  • Thought Work and Tools for between calls;
  • Private e-mail support included for that little thing you might not want to share with your buddy;
  • $295 per month per person. (Basically a Buy-One-Get-One deal!  Sweet!)

Due to the intensive nature of these programs and the broad range of tools and techniques that you will learn, I strongly recommend that you commit to at least three months of coaching.

Single Session Coaching
My current rate is $145 per hour

$375 for three 60 minute sessions to be used any mutually agreeable time with no expiration date.
